By plain: Abruzzo International Airport is about 14 km from Chieti. To go to Chieti by car you can take Tiburtina –Valeria street and go straight ahead according to the road signs. You can also take the line Arpa service bus to Chieti.  There are also rental car agencies, taxis and car parking for long and short stays.

By train: There are direct lines to Chieti Scalo train station (Piazzale Marconi) from Pescara, Roma, Napoli; and to Pescara Centrale train station from Milano, Bologna and Bari where you can continue to Chieti via train or bus.

By car: Motorway A14 from Milano, Bologna, Bari, Pescara Ovest/Chieti gate; from Roma motorway A25 – Chieti gate.
