Sarıca is the oldest player on the team but may be the youngest at heart. What she lacks in size she makes up for with heart. She might not be the most talented member on the roster but she is a foot soldier that will sacrifice any and everything for the betterment of the team. Her playing time can be limited but the Izmir native gives Turkey an extra dose of toughness inside and can supply a shot of adrenaline.
