Sulciute played her first game for the National Team five years ago during the 2002 World Championship. The 22-year-old has become one of the best players in Lithuania since then, leading the team in scoring and rebounding at the 2006 World Championship, averaging 14 points and 7.0 boards per game. But her performance was limited to only four games because of an injury. Sulciute recovered quickly and was named MVP of the Lithuanian League during the 2006-07 season. Despite being only 22-years-old, Sulciute looks ready to take an even more important role this summer and could be a player to watch at EuroBasket Women 2007.
