Sandra has been the anchor of the French National Team for the last four years, possessing a unique combination of size and physical power. Last year, she was the starting center for France and the team’s leading rebounder grabbing 5.9 boards per game in just 18 minutes of action. This year she was the top rebounder in the French League (8.8 per game).  She can stay with anybody on defense and has a few low post moves but the team can not rely on her for consistent scoring. Dijon started playing very late, at 19, and spent three years in Pau, (fourth division in France). However, her experience is now invaluable as she is ready to take the floor at her fourth EuroBasket Women.
