Latvia capped off their Group E qualifying round campaign in style with a 60-47 victory over Germany.
In a game that had no implications on the standings with the Latvians having already secured a place in the quarter-finals, the effort would not have been greater had a medal been at stake.

The Baltic side took an early 23-13 lead, but Imre Szittya exhorted his players on and they fought back held a 32-31 advantage at half-time.
A Martina Weber jump shot gave them their final lead at 34-33 early in the second half.
Gunta Basko drove in for a layup, Ieva Kublina followed with a jumper and Liene Jansone added a pair of free throws.
Latvia would end up scoring 13 consecutive points and they would remain in command the rest of the way.
“This was a pretty ugly game,” said Zane Tamane of Latvia. “This definitely wasn’t our best game. Germany are a tough team, they have a lot of talent.
“We saw that by them beating the Czechs.”
Basko had 16 points to pace the Latvians with Anete Jekabsone-Zogota adding 15.
