Career: Vicenza (Italy-A1, 1993-94), Alcamo (Italy-A1, 1994-95), Como (Italy-A1,1995-2003), Napoli (Italy-A1, 2003-06), Spartak Moscow Region ( Russian Championship, 2006-07)


Zara had a winning club season in 2006-07 by winning the EuroLeague Women and Russian Superleague as a member of Spartak Moscow. After competing at EuroBasket Women 1999 and numerous qualifying rounds, the 30 year old again will don the National Team shirt.  Zara’s strongest points are her ball handling and court vision. During her career Zara has won five Italian Championships (with Pool Comense) and played in the WNBA with the Seattle Storm. Her best performance in blue was during the World University Games in 2001 when she scored 20 points in a final game loss to Croatia.
