Career: Como (Italy-A1, 1996-99), Varese (Italy-A1, 1999-2000), Como (Italy-A1, 2000-04), Schio (Italy-A1, 2004-07)

Like Ballardini and Macchi, Masciadri has won championships (at Como and Schio) and has experience in the WNBA.  The Como native built all her technical repertoire in the gym, with the aid of a physicist and her God-given mental toughness. A great defender and precise shooter from three-point range, the 1.85 meter Masciadri is the kind of player you can rely on and coaches love her work ethic. Like Macchi, Masciadri played for the Los Angeles Sparks of the WNBA, earning 16 minutes of playing time per game in the playoffs thanks to her physical impact and adaptability. She can still improve, especially in her ability to put the ball on the floor, but she is a top flight international player.
