Aleksandra Drzewińska (married name Krapinska), is a perfect example of a team player, ready to sacrifice her stats for the sake of her team. A good scorer at the youth level (12.8 points per game during the 1999 U16 European Championship Women), she disappeared from the national teams for six years before coming back with the seniors during the EuroBasket Women 2005 Qualifying Round. At Inea AZS Poznan, a club which finished sixth in the Polish league, she's an important player but nothing close to a prolific scorer at 5.8 points per game, and should have the exact same role with the national team if she makes the cut. | |
