Career: BC ICIM Arad (Romania-D1, 1999-2000), Livas Târgoviste (Romania-D1, 2000-05), Sporting Athens (Greece-A1, 2005), Keravnos Nicosia (Cyprus-A1, 2005-06), Achilleas Kaimakliou (Cyprus-A1, 2006-07)

After a very good season with Achilleas, Stoenescu signed with their rival and the champion of Cyprus, AEL Limassol. The27-year-old was named MVP of the 2006 Cyprus Cup Final Four, a competition in which she led her team, Keravnos, to victory.  The Greek basketball website www.basketblog.gr has said that "Stoenescu joining AEL Limassol would be a major push for the team to achieve bigger goals in next season's European Cup.” The Timisoara native is a good three-point shooter and has EuroLeague Women experience playing with Sporting Athens back in 2004-05.
